Guests coming by public transport can take the S-Bahn from Ludwigshafen to Neustadt an der Weinstraße and connect to regional rail toward Kaiserslautern, alighting at Grünstadt. Total transit time: approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Villa Renting was built in 1880 and has been run as a wedding venue since 2022. The park covers 14,000 m². A stone fountain in the central courtyard. A walled garden at the rear for symbolic ceremonies. A covered outdoor area with a permanent roof and three chandeliers for weather backup. The kind of setting that takes 30 minutes to reach from Ludwigshafen but feels considerably further away.

Up to 100 guests for dinner. Four apartments on site. Party until 3 a.m. as standard — on request until 4 a.m., with the music moving indoors from 10 p.m. No noise complaint risk, because the family owns the surrounding land.

Overnight stays

With an end time of 3 a.m. — 4 a.m. on request — driving home to Ludwigshafen at the end of the evening is not the right plan. The villa has four self-contained apartments on site.
