Capacity & format
How many guests can the villa hold?
Up to 100 guests for a seated dinner. For a smaller wedding, the dining room works comfortably from 20 people. The covered outdoor area takes the same numbers if the weather is on your side.
Can we have a symbolic ceremony on site?
Yes. The walled garden is set up for symbolic ceremonies — you bring your celebrant, or we recommend one. The civil paperwork happens at the registry office (Eisenberg town hall, 5 minutes away) or at home before you come.
Is the venue ours alone for the day?
Yes. We host one wedding per weekend. No two parties sharing the garden, no other ceremony down the corridor.
Weather & timing
What if it rains?
We have a covered outdoor area. The moment the forecast looks rough, we move things across without a fuss — it's decided in the morning, not in the middle of your vows. Same garden feel, with a roof over your head.
When does the party have to end?
No early closing time. We celebrate until 4 a.m. — that's our USP and one of the reasons couples pick us over venues that close at midnight.
How early can we start?
You can be in the apartments from the night before for setup and getting ready. The day itself starts whenever you want — most ceremonies begin around 3 p.m.
Costs & packages
What does it cost?
The base package is €105 per guest plus a venue fee from €1,500 (drinks package, service staff, overnight for the couple). Catering and extras sit on top — we send a complete written quote. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Are there hidden costs?
No. We send one full quote in writing with every line item. What you sign is what you pay.
Do we have to pay extra for the late hour?
No. The 4 a.m. closing time is part of the standard package — no late-night surcharge.
Accommodation
How many people can stay over?
Four apartments on site. Roughly 8–12 people, depending on configuration. The couple stays for free. The remaining apartments are bookable for closest guests, with breakfast in the morning.
What about the other guests?
Eisenberg has hotels and B&Bs within a 5-minute drive. We send a list of partner accommodations with discount codes for your guests.
Getting there
How far from Frankfurt / Mannheim / Heidelberg?
Frankfurt 90 minutes. Mannheim 45 minutes. Heidelberg 50 minutes. Kaiserslautern / Ramstein 30 minutes. Saarbrücken 60 minutes. There's parking on site for 40+ cars.
Is the villa accessible?
The ground floor (main hall, garden terrace, ceremony space, bathrooms) is step-free. The apartments are upstairs — please tell us in advance if you need a ground-floor option for someone.
