Rain or shine. The day runs.

The covered outdoor area is a roofed structure with three chandeliers and a string-light system. When rain starts, you don't move inside — you stay outside, under the roof. Your guests keep their seats. The music keeps playing.

The covered area

Three chandeliers, open sides, mature trees.

The covered outdoor area sits within the park. Open on three sides. The chandeliers go on as the light drops. Long tables fit up to 85 guests in a dinner setup. A dance floor goes in where the tables end.

The practical question

What counts as bad weather?

Light rain — you're outside under the roof. Heavy rain — you're still outside under the roof. A storm? We shift to the main hall. That takes about fifteen minutes and we have it on our run sheet from the start. No scramble on the day.

The timing

We set both options in parallel.

From the start of planning, the indoor layout exists alongside the outdoor one. By the time guests arrive, we know which way the day goes. You won't be making decisions on the morning.

It rained during dinner and none of our guests noticed until we told them the next morning.
